California Language Institute (Japan) interview questions

There weren’t very many questions. The interview served mainly as a screening process to check personality compatibility and English ability. At the end of the initial interview I was informed that an offer would be made.

Two interviews over Skype, very straightforward and they let me know the result quickly. The questions weren’t really difficult, they just seemed to be trying to get to know me and to see if my personality would fit the role. There is an emphasis on being positive and chatty as that’s what they want you to be like in the schools.
