3 rounds of interview.
1st interview was with the CXO and another team member. They were both very friendly and seemed like great people you would want to work with. They were mostly asking about your working experience.
2nd interview was with the CEO. The CEO is extremely manipulative and is only there to talk down to you to lower your salary expectations. He asked about your experience and then tells you that you are not good enough.
3rd interview was with the CTO. The CTO was very friendly and understanding and you can tell he really knows his stuff. He asked technical questions about the tech stack they are looking for.
Ultimately, they gave an offer below the expected amount. Looking at the offer details, you can see more signs of the CEO being very manipulative. I decided to nope out of it.

Was interviewed by the project manager and the CEO of the company. The project manager asked a couple of scenario based questions to see if how you would react to different kind of scenarios. It went well at this stage however at the second round of the interview with the CEO, the way of how the interview was conducted was really unprofessional. Told him about my experience and was asked to justify my worth not once but multiple times. It seems to me that he wants someone who is really experienced but also must be willing to accept a salary that is equivalent to a junior role. Terrible experience.
