Interview was friendly and professional, but communication afterwards felt lacking. Left uncertain about outcome. Lovely venue and role sounded promising, though clearer follow-up would have made the process feel more respectful.

Online interview with the owner to decide if we should proceed further. He made it clear that as he worked 6am to later than 6pm, this role would be similar.
Really odd feedback, that he thought it odd that I didn't have my camera on; I did and if I hadn't, why didn't he say so at the time.
