Cambridge Intelligence interview questions

I had an excellent interview experience with Cambridge Intelligence. The process was well-organized, transparent, and efficient, with exceptional communication at every stage. Recruiter Communication: The recruiter provided a clear explanation of the company, the role, and the complete interview process upfront, which helped me prepare effectively and know what to expect. Interview Structure: The interviews were well-structured with a good balance of questions that were directly relevant to my experience and skills. The interviewers had clearly reviewed my CV and asked thoughtful, role-specific questions. Team Engagement: The team made me feel genuinely engaged and valued throughout the process. They shared valuable insights about the role, team dynamics, and company culture, which helped me understand what working there would really be like. I would highly recommend Cambridge Intelligence to other candidates based on this experience.

The process took 3 months, it probably would have taken longer except that I emailed to ask for feedback, presuming I'd not been successful. It's not great to wait this long when you're unemployed. There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first with HR online, after which I was given a technical test with no advance notice. I felt pressured to start it that day. At the second round, I faced 3 interviewers online, I cancelled a show in London the previous day so that I could prepare for it and be well rested. I felt it went well. It was interesting though that they told me there's no choice of tech. It's Apple Mac only and hot desking when in the office. This seemed to contradict one of their company values: "Cosmopolitan - We’re building a fun, friendly and diverse team where everyone can be themselves." The third interview was with the Head of Development online. Again, I thought it went well. I had prepared beforehand, memorising company values etc. It was good though that I was called in person for the result and an apology for it having taken so long.
