Pros
A very welcoming environment, encouraged to develop, Fridays are Friday projects days - it keeps you on your toes, add your name to a list of presenters by 4pm on whatever you been working on that friday or in-awhile. I have seen interesting and brilliant demos over the years. There's always a social event every month and team lunches.
Cons
I think they are actually doing their best but SMT feels so far away unapproachable by mere mortals
