I was interviewed by the owner for the position of Retail Store Manager. Store wasn't completely furbished but with a tight deadline for the Grand opening. Owner didn't have a clue of how the layout would end to look like. And no clue on how to run the business.

The Questions were standard regarding the position applied, but the owner changed subject to talk about his achievements and most of the interview was NO Interview at all....most like a biography of his life.
