I got the interview at a career fair at my school. The interview was with 2 engineers with similar background to me. They asked mostly behavioral questions, but did ask a couple of case questions that required knowledge of a couple formulas and algebra. They wrote everything that i said down in a labtop and said that they were going to compare my matrix to all of the other candidates.
