Really strange communications, constantly asking to reschedule, asking me to come in just hours in advance, just for an interview. I would give my available times, only for them to ask for me to come in at a completely different time. Didn't seem like worth the hassle if working there was going to be anything like the interviewing process.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Canada Optimal Nature (Scarborough, ON) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial pre-screening interview with HR, where you're asked basic questions. Next stage was an in person interview with three individuals (HR and two people from production and the lab). In person there were basic questions and then at the end there was a written quiz with simple calculations and matching.

Question 1
What are your strengths?
Tell us about yourself.
What would you do in a situation with a difficult customer?
Interviewed with HR and QA manager? cannot remember the title. Brief intro and then some behavior question. However the actual job description is different from what they provided in the job post which kind of akward and unprossional.
