there was a series of interviews, one by phone, one with human resources and one with owner of store. pretty standard but a little excessive for the amount of money they were paying
Meeting at a Starbucks near the store during which I was told what the job entailed. The person doing the interview, the GM was already familiar with my past work experience.

simple, one on one, mostly describe the task and requirement for the position and ask several questions to determine if I am a good fit for the position. Also to make sure my expectation about the position is realistic and I can handle the work pressure and pace at seasonal changeover.
