Its 3 level process , phone interview with talent acquisition, panel style interview with hiring manager and team member. Then final HR interview for fit. Hiring managers questions aren't very hard or helpful for getting understanding of the role.

The interview process spanned over three interviews , 1st was a chat with HR recruitment officer who worked for CDC, 2nd was a teams interview with the Technical team , Technical Questions, 3rd was a face to face with the CIO and a lady from HR.
