Cannasafe Analytics interview questions

I felt my interview was very positive up until the point of receiving an offer. I was told the salary (not any of the benefits) and they were open for negotiation. When I countered, I was told that " a lot of people want this job and are more qualified than me and not getting paid as much as I am asking for." I felt like they were trying to guilt me for being honest about how I felt about the offer. A few days later, instead of counter offering me, they told me it "wasn't going to work out with the salary I want" which was a couple thousand more and pulled my initial offer. I have never experienced something like that before but it saved me a lot of time.

Did a group interview and was asked about experience, behavioral questions, and reasons for joining the industry. It seemed like they were more interested in your work ethic over experience. Which makes sense when you are required to take photos all cannabis all day when you have a chemistry degree.
