Interview process started out with initial telephone screen to assess skills and capabilities. Phone screen lasted approximately 30 minutes with details about CapTech and what your interest. Second phone screen was with a Consultant or Senior Consultant consisting of a typical resume interview. Experiences and what you see yourself doing and have done will be discussed. Third interview is an onsite interview consisting for three seperate interviews. This is more intense and gauges if you are a good fit for Captech with some small cases here and there.
