The recruiter communicated regularly and was easy to reach with questions. My initial phone interview was a two way conversation. I was given the opportunity to learn about CapTech and it's culture in addition to the position. I had two follow up interviews. The first one was like speed dating. The second was a panel interview with very structured questions.
