I had given interview 2 times of Capgemini in 2018 and 2022 both time my interview get crack, In 2022 in second round even interviewer acknowledge me like 'Welcime to Capgemini I am processing you candidature,you have good skill, interview was smooth and friendly,after that they about to take client round for Mercedez Benz project but it's been two week client round yet to initiated,and In 2018 they send congratulations ,ask to send documents,and after that nothing updated, these two very bad experience regarding Capgemini, it's waste of time and play with patience of candidate, so I decided never entertain this company in life.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.
