What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your background, skills, and experience. ✅ Discussion about your current job, notice period, and salary expectations. ✅ Basic questions about the role and company. ✅ Questions to check your availability for the next rounds. Tips to Succeed: 🔹 Keep your answers clear and concise. 🔹 Highlight your key skills and experience relevant to the job. 🔹 Speak confidently and professionally. 2. Screening Round (HR / Recruiter Screening) 🎯 Purpose: A deeper assessment of your resume, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture and expectations. What to Expect: ✅ Questions about your past projects, tools used, and domain knowledge. ✅ Discussion on your team collaboration, challenges faced, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Verification of job history, certifications, and employment gaps (if any). ✅ Basic questions about company policies, benefits, and salary range.
