Capsule (United Kingdom) interview questions

I applied for their "Marketing Web Developer" role. In the first stage, I was interviewed by two people (a person working in Marketing and a software developer). Passed the second stage. They sent me a challenge. I did it very well; I spent 3 days on it. In the second interview, I was interviewed by a software developer and a designer. They told me they really liked my solutions; they couldn't find any mistakes (just a minor mistake.). Then, in the culture fit interview, I was interviewed with the two people working in marketing. I thought that it was good. Then they sent me an email with 3 sentences that I had many mistakes in my challenges, and they didn't like my answers in the culture fit interview (I have 2 master's degrees in Psychology as well!!!!). The marketing guy ghosted me after asking for detailed feedback about my challenge and interview. I spent 3 days on this challenge!!! But they wrote just 3 sentences to give a feedback.

The interview process was thorough, but relaxed. Over the course of two interviews I was able to meet a number of people within the organisation. I also completed a brief work-task exercise of giving some mock answers to real customer questions.
