Speedy response time with concise responses. My interview had two phases on separate weeks and were very thorough about my abilities, experience, knowledge of the company, and leadership styles. The interview process was hassle-free and quick and after doing all the process, I didn't expect to be hired right away when HR called me that I'm already hired. They just the basic questions and your experiences.

Interview, design test and onboarding once accepted, then training. The interview is fairly easy and they will just ask you about your work background and work history if you ever have one.
