The interview process was very informal and unprofessional. The company doesn't even have an HR person so you will be interviewing with the company CEO, which is half the company.
Very unprofessional interview. The interviewer Alex asked my to give design feedback on a site of theirs, for free. I explained that design reviews are a service I provide for a fee, he then got very angry and ended the interview. Avoid this company!

Interview
The single most unprofessional phone interview I have ever experience in over 8 years. The man was requested that I call him, and when I did, he was out picking up his laundry. He was clearly unprepared, did not understand the technical specifics of what he was looking for, and had very little detail on what the role would actually entail. He describes several "ideas" for products in a very stream-of-conscious manner. It was a deeply uncomfortable experience.
