The first round was pleasant and professional. After that, I was invited to a second-round interview, which I confirmed and prepared for.
Unfortunately, the interview was postponed on the same day. A week later, it was postponed again.
However, there was no follow-up or rescheduling after that. Eventually, I received a message informing me that the position had already been filled.
Overall process felt disorganized and showed little regard for my time and effort.
