It took one day for whole process in college campus. Selection criteria 1. Written test (36 MCQ questions) - basic c language - Basic about microcontroller and processor. - Puzzles to solve. Then shortlisting is on basis of test. Interview:- They asks the questions about c language basics and signal processing to Electronics background students. It was about 45minutes . I selected for HR , HR simply asks questions about location and family background.

Interview was in three parts: - first was written paper for technical question + some aptitude questions - second was technical face to face interview - hr interview First process does not matter much if you are going with lesser number of people, they will give you chance to give face to face technical interview. If you perform well in technical interview you will have HR interview. You are basically short listed, HR interview is just how much salary you are going to get. Company already have some standard pay, so most probably if you are a beginner you will get that. If this goes good you will get a call a day or two later to join the company immediately. Whole interview process takes 2-3 hours.
