Cardinal Health Jr. Manager interview questions

So I interviewed twice with Cardinal The first time was for the Team lead role and then for the Jr manager role. The hiring manager reached to directly for the manager role. IT was your standard HR screen and then on to the Hiring Manager and then a team panel interview. Things got weird when the panel for manager got scheduled and the HR and manager ghosted.
