Had HR and Regional Manager or some middle manager type person present.
Asked about career progression and culture of the work.
Talked about how they got funding and how big(small) their operation was.

A phone call and scheduled video interview with team leader of direct services. We discussed job requirements and a few very basic questions were asked. Job offer was received that week via phone call.

Interview
Good - straightforward interview, with solid questions and the ability to provide further feedback. Interviewer was clear on the requirements and the job outline. Interview was approx 45mins, onsite which allowed you to get a sense of the office enviornment.
