Never got any feedback despite asking several times which was not very helpful. They ended up hiring someone with knowledge of the sector. Feedback is key for people to be able to reflect and improve

Lengthy and time consuming. Online Case study with written answers. Next stage was online with two Inspectors. Six questions. Quite intimidating. Did not seem interested in me as a person and in what skills and experience I have.
