CareerBox interview questions

I was asked questions and told about the safety department which I can only apply after 6 months. I was asked about my interest and if I have call center experience.

I first received a screening call, where my background and interest in the role were discussed. I was then invited for a formal interview with the hiring manager, where I had the opportunity to talk about my experience, strengths, and understanding of the company. I also completed an assessment to demonstrate my skills. Overall, the process was informative, engaging, and gave me a clear insight into CCI’s expectations and work culture.
