Carlisle & Co interview questions

Super behavioral interview, lots of team focused questions. Traditional style, took about 30 minutes. No case in first-round or any technical questions. Basically just want to know your personality and how you work in a team.

First round consisted of a phone screen with basic questions about why consulting, why Carlisle, etc. 2nd and final round was a superday in Concord, MA (pre-COVID). Had a company overview by some Associates, then had some 1on1 interviews with some more senior members of staff. Did a fast-paced group case interview/presentation with the two other applicants. It was analyzing the profitability of two sales strategies. We had to analyze some graphs and we quickly made some slides and presented to the staff. It was a pretty challenging task in the time allotted but the team understood and gave leeway accordingly. Overall a positive experience but the company and culture just wasn't for me.
