I applied online on indeed.com and it took 4 months for anyone to call me. I got a phone call from the manager and was asked to come in. I met with her and was told that same day she wanted to hire me. It took like 4 days and I received a call to come do the paperwork.

About as brief as it gets. Cannot imagine what their deciding factors are. With as much experience as I had, the GM didnt ask much at all, the manager of location mostly spoke of himself and his exceptional skillls.
