1st - over the phone interview and if they like you 2nd - not interview but you have to learn how they work on daily basis 3rd - actual phone calls and etc *fast pace therefore easy job then they will fire you if they dont like you * 3 months probationary Cant be absent for 3 days on 90 days or they will fire you *dont go on a vacay cos they will surely fire you
