Casa Grande interview questions

- The majority of the work is done by a 3rd party agency. - Existing Team doesn't know much about Digital Marketing and they wouldn't hire anyone who has more knowledge than them. - They have 3 team members (Senior Manager, Manager and Team Lead) and all the team members have less than 3 years of experience. Went there for an interview for which HR kept on calling multiple times and after the interview, it's been a month and no response. On asking the HR his response was "You can continue looking for jobs as the marketing team here has others works than that of evaluating your profile". They cannot afford people with proper experience and will call them for an interview and tell them that the next round is with the CFO and God know when that will occur. Anyone who has been called for an interview at this company. Please don't waste your time attending it. I think the existing team members were insecure of their role as I possessed more knowledge than them. Advice to Management: Check your current Digital Marketing Team whether they are fit for the role or not.
