Got the chance to be interviewed directly by the President or Managing Director. We were just chatting because the Managing Director likes to hear stories. Then, if he'll like you, he'll make a job offer for you right away. The overall experience was great though you'll get nervous at first. You'll never expect to be fine while having the interview because the President just want to hear stories which reflects your personality.
