Interview
The interview process went as follows:
1. Submitted CV via email to the London office
2. Attended a group assessment day, which involved demonstrating ability to work as a team, to give your own opinions and to listen to your group's opinions
3. Attended a panel interview at the London office
very great, staff are friendly and really helpful, is a fun experience, just do more homework by yourself before going to the interview. Cause during group interview, everyone is very competitive.
Group of about 9 candidates, one on one interview with recruitment manager. Asked to read from a script in the 2nd language proficient in. Followed by a few weeks later of an online assessment, reading a PA.
Resume selection Video call , language test and one on one interview Application Submission – Apply online with CV and documents.
2. Initial Screening – Height/reach test, grooming check.
3. Group Discussion – Team activities to assess communication and teamwork.
4. Written Tests – English, reasoning (if applicable).
5. Interview – HR or panel interview with scenario-based questions.
6. Final Round – Cultural fit, job expectations, relocation readiness.
