Group exercise, Sim assessment, Tech test multiple choice, personality test, Medical tests, HR interview, Technical interview all over two days in Hong Kong with flight and hotel provided by the company. Good people fair selection process still waiting for the result though
Online HR Interview -> Online Psychological Test -> In Person Assessment in Hong Kong (They provide sim details 2 weeks prior to assessment in Hong Kong) -> In Person Interview in Hong Kong -> Medical Examination Including Hair and Urine Test

Online interview via MS Teams. Very basic HR questions about myself, my flight experience. It's a 30-min interview, no technical at all. They asked me to show them my documents, passport, pilot certificates at the end.

Asked me if I knew what a second officer would do during flight. Asked my flying experience and why Cathay and why HK? Where would you live if you work for Cathay?
First introduction about myself. Then general question about the role and my motivation. After that the assessor started describing the role and asked me many questions about Hong Kong and the role of second officer
