Interview process in the past was very selective and cathay had many options to choose from. Now selection pool is far less due to pay and other requirements so much greater chance of getting into CX
4 step process, interview panel consisted of 1 person of HR and 3 people for the final stage. Asked basic questions about airline and aviation knowledge. Very friendly and professional interviewers

I did mine many years ago.
It has changed a lot, the entire HR team left because the company corporate policy was drifting away from raw talent, toward a number one objective of hiring more "equally".
