I recently went through a two-round onsite interview process at Caxita ,traveling a significant distance during a period when most interviews are conducted online. Finding the office location was challenging—maps and Google images didn’t accurately represent the building. On the day of the interview, I spent hours waiting. After completing the second-round interviews, I never received a decision from HR. When I followed up, they told me the position was “on hold,” but provided no further updates. Overall, I felt my time and effort weren’t respected, and the lack of transparency left me disappointed.
