Interview
Very casual 1st and second interview. Did not make it to the 3rd interview. Based on how far I made it, it was simple. From my understanding, there are at least 6 interviews and field work during the overall interview process and it takes about 5 weeks to complete. Very thorough process, they make sure you are qualified and will be a good fit for the position, to day the least. Would love an opportunity to interview with them again in the future.

Interview
Very long and in-depth interview process. Recruiter - Phone Screen- Interview with Manager- Half-Day Campus Visit (you will need to take time off from your current job to do this) which gives you a glimpse into what your possible future job might entail- Phone or Virtual Interviews with Director of Sales and VP- Group Interview with Leadership Team. About a 3-month long process (for me anyways, might differ on a case-by-case basis).

They asked me to pretend to sell them a digital product from a list. I chose Netflix, they called me from another room pretending to be a customer, and then I proceeded to sell them on Netflix as if I worked for Netflix.

For my interview process, I first submitted my resume online. Then, I had a short introduction interview over the phone to schedule the first real phone interview. After the phone interview, I completed two hours of shadowing at Cengage in Florence, Kentucky. Finally, I had a group interview and mock interview.
