First round Interviews were conducted by phone and second via Teams. I was met with a friendly demeanor by those that were present. The team consisted of the department director, a member of the supervisors team and a fellow peer support specialist. I recall finding it helpful that the PSS present was willing to share his story of how he landed at CLM and what a typical day to day within the roll looked like. The team promoted honesty and encouraged me to ask questions. I did just that and thus began my journey!
