They wanted me to come in for an interview and a working interview but I never got an interview it was all just working interview. I wanted to get an interview first to make sure this is where I would like to work. Also because the job post didn’t have any information about what they offer. It seemed like they just wanted a temp to cover the days another employee was out. Not to mention during the working interview the office was chaotic since they have 4+ doctors. Also in the job application it mentions that they can fire you without cause and notice and they can dictate what days you get vacation based on the schedule. They had other temps that day that decided not to return.

I wasn’t asked a thing. Didn’t get to speak to the owner they had me start at the work interview like if I was a temp.
