Related to Recruiting ,how long are you working in this IT and are you willing to work full time, how soon are you joining , what is your work authorization. what is your commitment with company

It was a direct call from the Recruiter asking for In-person interaction. I have attended In-person interview and understood what they need and how we can mutually get benefited. They offered immediately on the same day as the interviewer was the decision maker.
