Interview
I worked with a corporate recruiter who set me up with a general timed assessment in addition to a personality assessment I took online. Once completed I had an in-person interview on-site with the hiring manager and a couple of their senior engineers. I was asked about relative experience, how I might use that at Certent, etc. We also did some whiteboard problem solving, psuedo-code, etc. To wrap up the process I also interviewed with the senior VP of products and the CEO over the phone.
Overall, the interview process was excellent and very professional. They took the time to explain what I'd be doing day to day which, at least in my experience, is rare. The fact I spoke with senior executives as part of the process told me they care about their company, culture and the employees they hire.

I was asked to solve a problem on a whiteboard using a language or pseudo-code and walk through my solution verbally as I designed it.

Interview
I had 3 interviews , the first was technical, second was online as IQ and Personality Test and the third was on the phone with a person from the upper management. Very pleasant experience , without any tricky questions. The programming language I applied for was C#.

Interview
The interview process is comprised of a quick non-technical phone screen conversation with the hiring manager, a set of online tests: a timed cognitive test and a personality test, a technical phone interview with a senior member of the team, an in-person technical interview with the entire team (director and the senior members), a call with the CEO and finally, a follow-up in-person interview with the director in which an offer is presented.
