I worked with a corporate recruiter who set me up with a general timed assessment in addition to a personality assessment I took online. Once completed I had an in-person interview on-site with the hiring manager and a couple of their senior engineers. I was asked about relative experience, how I might use that at Certent, etc. We also did some whiteboard problem solving, psuedo-code, etc. To wrap up the process I also interviewed with the senior VP of products and the CEO over the phone.
Overall, the interview process was excellent and very professional. They took the time to explain what I'd be doing day to day which, at least in my experience, is rare. The fact I spoke with senior executives as part of the process told me they care about their company, culture and the employees they hire.
