The interview was divided into two parts that took a total of 4 hours to complete. The managers were unorganized and uneducated. Most of my time was spent listening to the owner tell me his personal career goals and learning his entire life story.

Do you currently have medical insurance because that is not something we offer
The interview process is as much about trying to get to know who people really are as it is understanding their skill set. Getting it wrong in a small company is very damaging. Alignment with the mission is very important. Understanding what that is comes first.
