Positive experience from all three phone interviews which became apparent there was a possible match with my experience in-lieu of the qualifications of the role. Unfortunately, the onsite interview was completey an opposite experience. During my interview (Q&A) there was a massive structural gap, obsolete and dated matter on approaching cloud initiatives. Managers are expected to work 6 to 7 days out of the week around the clock, the idealogy may sound "customer sentric" but negates long term potential value-add components that could impact scaling your customer base.
I was dissappointed, what was posted to what was discussed was different. Unless you're seeking your first start in IT this may be the way to go. However, long term this only a stepping stone unless you've been in IT over 30+ yrs and there's nowhere else to go. They're harboring an identify crisis and you're better off working for start-ups.
