Worst interview experience I have ever faced. I received an email from the HR department regarding an interview scheduled at 9 AM. I arrived at the venue along with 30+ other candidates. They conducted a test containing 50 questions on software engineering, SQL, and Java. The test was quite easy. After waiting for a long time, the results were announced. Surprisingly, the HR told us that all 30+ candidates were shortlisted in the first round, which was quite shocking. They then explained their terms and conditions — a 3-year bond and a ₹75,000 security deposit, refundable upon completion of the bond period. Later that week, I got a call from HR asking about my availability for the technical and managerial rounds at 10 AM. I reached the venue on time. There were 15 candidates, including myself, for the second round. However, despite all shortlisted candidates being present, the interviews were not conducted. Instead, we were repeatedly told that “the interviews are in a meeting,” which was quite disappointing, especially since some candidates had traveled from other districts. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally called for the so-called technical interview. But no technical questions were asked. Instead, they simply asked about my final-year project, my contribution to it, and my family background. The interviewer didn’t seem interested in my technical skills at all. After completing the interview, HR told me I was rejected — not only me but also 8 other candidates. My whole day was wasted along with my travel expenses. They seriously need to improve their unprofessional and cheap methodologies.

My institution asked to attend the interview. Recruiter asked mostly personal and educational questions. After few days got an call for HR interview at the premise. Later I was selected and asked to join the company as an Software Engineer Trainee
