Group Exercise Interview: 90 minute assessment with 2 exercises and a brief shared ahead of time. Via zoom with a member of the Charityworks Team and up to 5 other candidates,
Individual Interview: Online 30 minute interview via zoom with a member of the Charityworks team. This included a pre-planned presentation in response to a brief shared ahead of time followed by 6 interview questions.

Tell me about someone you admire. Who are they, and why do you look up to them?
Give me an example of a time you worked well in a team to achieve something you're proud of. As part of your answer, tell me what role you played, and what you learnt.
Group interview where we discussed tasks together, one where we discussed what 4 items we would take out of a list of 20 if we were in a ship wreck and the second was about government funding

Solo interview was a bit daunting since it was my first interview but the interviewer made it a very easy process and helped me throughout if i misheard questions or missed sections.
