Interview
I met with a manager in the restaurant during business hours and had the interview while sitting at one of the tables in the dining room. He asked me several questions to make sure I had realistic expectations for the job and that it would match what I was looking for. They require everyone to work at least one of the three weekend days and are extra busy during most major holidays and need people to work extra hours or shifts.
