Interview
There are 3 steps to the interview/application process. They first have an over the phone call for the interview and ask basic questions. After this, they interview you on Google Meet to ask more questions and ask you to take a basic exam. Following this they will ask you to come in their office for a final interview.
Step 1: Short interview with the Assistant Manager
- Given that you did well with your initial interview, you'll proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Short Training and Role-Play
- Here, you will learn more about the job as an Events Associate and will do a role-play doing calls, creating emails, and database building. If you pass Step 2, you'll proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Final Interview with Hiring Manager
- After this, the hiring manager will deliberate on the candidate's performance during the onsite assessment.
