Applied online, agreed to a Skype interview, was offered job on the spot. Took a few days to accept. The hiring process took a long time because I had to apply for an MN teacher's license

Describe an experience you have had in the classroom.
You go into a building with rented office space. A woman greets you and you complete the application on a notebook computer. Next, a man comes to greet you and take you to the office space and ask you questions.

First you apply online. Then phone mini interview. Then you are invited to come to the headquarter location for an official interview. You are to show up a minimum of 15 minutes orior to and you have to pay from your pocket for he parking ( downtown Chicago would be about 30/40 dollars.
