Charter Tech Services interview questions

I received an email from the CEO to interview Monday morning at 9am.... the email was sent at 11pm Sunday night. The following morning, I went to the site of the interview, found out it was a client's business and the CEO was late for the interview. After the interview, I accepted the offer and was told to start immediately the next day.
