There are two interviews, first one was a normal interview, they will ask you about your basic information, your teaching philosophy and your teaching methods. The second interview, you need to deliver an actual demo class to their students, since I'm not in KL atm, we did it online, but the connection was week sometimes, so the whole process didn't go as smooth as I thought. But I got the offer after 3 weeks.
