They posted on their Instagram that they were looking for a marketing assistant and to email a resume and cover letter to the founder. I did so, and later met with her. It became clear that she had not read my cover letter as I stated my availability and she was expecting someone that could work twice as much as I could. While I understand that she is busy, it felt like she had wasted my time.
