Initial call with hiring manager was pretty straightforward. Then got brought on for a 15 minute interview with the Leads that end up being technical. No warning from the first call that it was technical and they asked you to describe an algorithm within that time frame. While algorithm was short, expecting to analyze and describe your answer within that short window made it more difficult than it should, unless you had prepped extensively and memorized a few algorithms beforehand.
